We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our amazing team and support the day-to-day activities of our brand marketing team. This hands-on role touches all areas of digital brand activity, from social content to photoshoots and influencer engagement. What We’re Looking For:
- Digital & Content Skills: Confident with Instagram, TikTok, and social content trends; some experience with graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva); familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo/Mailchimp).
- Marketing Know-How: Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts; familiar with analytics tools (IG Insights, TikTok Analytics, or GA).
- Creative & Visual Eye: Strong visual eye for styling, photography, and design; an interest in fashion, accessories and lifestyle content.
- Organised & Proactive: Excellent attention to detail and time management; ability to juggle multiple projects and keep things running smoothly; a proactive, hands-on attitude and a team player mindset.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience working on influencer campaigns or content shoots.
- Have a flair for writing fun, engaging captions.
- Love unicorns, cute jewellery, and sweetie-style aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with in-house and studio product photoshoots, from prep to on-set styling support.
- Support the planning and creation of social content for Stych Brand and the wider company (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Assist in building and scheduling direct marketing emails (Klaviyo).
- Help maintain SEO best practices across our website and Google.
- Assist with influencer gifting: DMs, content logging, posting, and tracking engagement.
