Position: Buyers Admin Assistant

Full-time, Permanent, flexible working with a mix of home and office

Salary: £23,000-£25,000 depending on experience

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to work under pressure, utilising strong project management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, whilst working to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong knowledge of Excel.
  • A passion for merchandising and fashion, with a good understanding of the industry and competitors.
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and producing planograms to share with the field team.
  • Responsible for weekly order raising and sending to suppliers within agreed timescales, whilst familiarising oneself with orders and being able to answer any questions internally or externally.
  • Pro-actively chase samples; ensure samples are managed, labelled and in the correct location, checking samples against specs and requirements.
  • Assisting in managing meeting requirements and ensuring the delivery of current data.
  • Administration tasks for the B&M team to include: prep of trade information, analysis of promotional markdowns, and regular reporting tasks as set out by the buyer.
  • Work closely with the QA to ensure testing requirements are managed.
