The ideal candidate will be confident working with data to support key business decisions. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment — proactively setting goals, managing priorities, and taking ownership Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills highly desirable (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis tools) A passion for merchandising and fashion, with a good understanding of the industry and competitors Experience as a Senior MAA looking to progress to the next step in your career.
