- What You’ll Do
- Work towards achieving the required qualifications for the role of Teaching Assistant and undertake the necessary training to achieve this role
- Support pupils with their numeracy
- Support pupils with their literacy
- Support pupils with their ICT skills
- Involved in displays and preparing resources
- Help children who need extra support to complete tasks
- Understand the Safeguarding and Behaviour Policy
- Work with children aged 4–11 years
- Support a teacher in various roles within the classroom
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times whilst working in schools
- Attend breakfast club, lunch time club & after school clubs on occasional days
- Training Outcome
There may be a full‑time position available upon the successful completion of this apprenticeship.
