Role Summary

Responsible for coordination, material handling transactions and shipments of Loan / Demo equipment for exhibitions and customer demos.

Work Location: Bury St Edmunds

Your Day-to-day Might Include

  • Coordinate loan/demo enquiries, including stock checks, order entry, invoicing and occasional product testing.
  • Prepare and consolidate equipment and marketing materials for exhibitions, demos and in-house events.
  • Arrange shipments with customers and freight agents, including export documentation where required.
  • Process equipment for Brand Ambassador, marketing and ex-demo sales requirements.
  • Manage goods in/out, including packing, dispatch, receipt, storage and system transactions.
  • Monitor inventory, complete stock checks and resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis.
  • Inspect, test, maintain and carry out minor repairs on returned equipment, batteries and selected product systems.
  • Update software/firmware and support the configuration of relevant products prior to dispatch.

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to use own initiative to address problems and present solutions
  • Able to demonstrate a good understanding of Warehouse and Materials control
  • Professional approach
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks / flexibility
  • Good computer skills, preferably IFS and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in picking, packing and shipping activities

  • Experience of industry standard fully integrated ERP systems. IFS desired

Education And Qualifications

  • GCSE English and Maths – Grade C or above.
