The Role involves:
- Phone answering
- Taking and recording queries from parents/carers/suppliers
- Processing payroll from client timesheets or excel documents
- P45 requests, sick notes and reporting accidents to HR
- Processing reference requests
- Taking Post
- Scanning, copying and Filing
- Stock ordering and reconciliation
- General admin and office Support
