Small Luxury Hotels of the World is a global brand that delivers reservation services for small luxury independent hotels around the world. We are currently recruiting for an entry-level Junior Systems Analyst to assist with day-to-day operations across a range of systems and processes. This is an entry-level role and full training will be given.
As part of a small IT team, the responsibilities of the Junior Systems Analyst role include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Salesforce Administration and User Support
- User creation, setup and maintenance;
- Creation of Salesforce reports and dashboards as required;
- Assisting with the management of our consumer and trade loyalty programs;
- Provide first-line support to the 90+ Salesforce users;
- Housekeeping tasks.
- Microsoft 365 & Exchange Online
- Maintaining Distribution Groups and Contact for Partnership programs;
- Assisting with the management of quarantined emails;
- Assisting with the organisation and housekeeping of data in readiness for the migration to SharePoint.
- Other Responsibilities
- Daily & Monthly distribution of partnership program reporting;
- Assisting in maintaining the IT Asset Register;
- Assisting in the administration of Asana, and the development of additional functionality;
- Other IT-related tasks and projects as and when required.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A desire to learn, coupled with keen attention to detail;
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all organisational levels;
- Effective time management skills and ability to overcome obstacles to meet deadlines;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar subject OR IT qualifications such as Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in IT (DDD).
Place of Work
Office Based (Flexible working hours) in Victoria, London, UK with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office. NB Office will be relocating to Mayfair, London in August / September 2026.
