The role involves fostering a caring and supportive learning environment for our pupils, working closely with the pastoral care team, providing excellent customer service to our community and supporting pupils, parents and the school’s administrative needs.
You will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills, problem‑solving ability and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4 / A‑C.
- Previous experience of working with learners of all ages or dealing with members of the public in a busy setting.
- Experience of supporting pupils and parents.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
