We are looking for a Senior Producer to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the education sector side of the business working with independent schools, universities and other learning providers to produce content ranging from TV and Cinema adverts to Promotional Films.

We are a well-established company entering our 10th year with a great portfolio of work, interesting clients and big ambitions. We take the work seriously but we also like to make things fun.

Your core remit will be to develop fantastic relationships with clients, produce best-in-class creative content and ensure we deliver the most outstanding service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Research + Development of concepts for clients.
  • Overseeing all creative output.
  • Managing schedules (internal and external).
  • Planning shoots.
  • Producing in the field on shoots.
  • Managing edits.
  • Pitching ideas to clients with the Creative Director.
  • Project scoping.

The ideal candidate:

  • Solid experience in short-form, commercial content.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Confident in client handling and relationship building.

You must:

  • Be a confident driver with a valid license.
  • Regularly be able to travel around the UK and occasionally abroad for shoots.
  • Be able to travel to the office in Hackney 3 days a week.

Salary: £65,000 pa

Holiday: 28 days. +1 day for every year you work with us.

General Hours: 9.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday.

Hybrid: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (office) / Wednesday, Friday (WFH)
