Quality & Reliability
Quality and accuracy are extremely important to our practice. We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing accurate and complete work, checks their own work carefully and takes responsibility for resolving discrepancies rather than simply completing tasks quickly.
The successful candidate should be reliable, consistent, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while knowing when a matter needs to be escalated.
Working Arrangement
The position will initially be part-time, approximately 2 to 3 days per week, on agreed regular working days.
Hybrid working is preferred, with attendance at our Surbiton practice. However, fully remote working may be considered for the right candidate with strong relevant experience and a proven ability to work independently.
The position will initially be contract-to-permanent, with the potential to develop into a full-time role for the right person as the practice grows..
