Smail Sports is looking for a passionate, energetic, and skilled primary PE Teacher & Sports Coach to deliver high-quality PE lessons and sports clubs in local primary schools. Founded by Alec Smail, a PE specialist with 13+ years of experience, we are committed to providing outstanding sports education that helps children develop skills, confidence, and a love for competition.

The Role

• Teach & coach a variety of sports, including football, athletics, netball, tag rugby, table tennis, dodgeball & more.
• Deliver engaging PE lessons & extracurricular clubs for children aged 7-11.
• Support the growth of Smail Sports, contributing ideas and helping expand into more schools.
• Coach children to develop both technical skills & a positive, competitive mindset.
• Maintain & build upon the sporting success of Bishop Gilpin Primary School and beyond.

What We’re Looking For

• Passionate & driven about sports coaching and youth development.
• A strong communicator & role model who inspires kids to work hard and compete.
• Qualified & experienced – a background in PE teaching or coaching is essential.
• Reliable, adaptable & proactive, with a strong work ethic and ability to engage all ability levels.
