We are looking for a Client Growth Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of clients across Europe.
MissionThe final candidate will be the first point of contact for all your clients and your main focus will be to grow the partnerships together daily. This includes monitoring the performance of our user acquisition campaigns, optimising towards clients' KPIs and overachieving them. You will be responsible for finding key business development initiatives to grow your portfolio. The right candidate will be keen to work in a team, will be analytically strong, and have a problemâsolving attitude.
Tasks and responsibilities- Build and manage strategic partnerships within your portfolio
- Identify growth opportunities and execute them to achieve goals
- Enable decisionâmaking with a dataâdriven strategy and valuable insights
- Translate complex data analysis into simple language for clear communications
- Offer new product features aligned with customers' business stage
- Lead client meetings and regular business reviews
- Represent Entravision & Smadex externally and sell our inâhouse mobile advertising solution
- 3+ years of mobile experience managing mobile performanceâbased user acquisition campaigns on programmatic (is a must)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to develop strong relationships with your clients (in English is a must)
- Analytical, with a deep understanding of cohort analysis and customer acquisition metrics including ROAS, CPM, IPM, CPI, CPA
- Strong understanding of the mobile app industry: actors, mediaâbuying, sellers, suppliers, MMP's
- Proactive, disciplined, and highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely manner
- Positive attitude, passion for apps, and a love for problemâsolving
