Accompagné(e) par un conducteur de travaux, vous serez amené à réaliser progressivement les différentes fonctions du métier afin de découvrir le quotidien d'un conducteur de travaux.

Responsabilités

  • Étudier et organiser le chantier en tenant compte du planning, des besoins humains et matériels, et veiller à la sécurité.
  • Lancer les travaux en instaurant un climat de confiance entre les parties prenantes et en respectant les consignes définies.
  • Suivre l’exécution et l’avancement des travaux : assister aux réunions hebdomadaires, effectuer des visites de chantiers, etc.
  • Gérer et organiser les équipes en fonction des besoins du chantier.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif et financier des chantiers (devis, facturation, relances clients, budget) en lien avec le Responsable Administratif et Comptable.
  • Organiser et suivre la clôture du chantier : réception, levées de réserves et transmission des éléments au bureau d’études.

Qualifications

De formation supérieure (cycle ingénieur et/ou universitaire), vous recherchez un stage en conduite de travaux. Une première expérience professionnelle lors de stages ouvriers constitue un plus.

Compensation

En fonction du diplôme, pour les stages de fin d’études la rémunération est comprise entre 1500 € et 2250 €.
