Stage Encadrement - Chargé(e) d'affaires SAS H/F

SMAC, collectif de plus de 2 000 collaborateurs, propose des projets techniques de l'enveloppe du bâtiment à travers son réseau de 60 agences, en France, outre-mer et à l’international (Maroc, Chili, Pérou et Espagne).

Ce poste d’encadrement de stage en Chargé(e) d’affaires est le premier lien entre le client et SMAC.

Rattaché(e) au Chargé(e) d’Affaires, vous planifiez, organisez et dirigez la réalisation des opérations confiées depuis la prise du marché jusqu’à la réception des ouvrages d’étanchéité et/ou de façade, en assurant sécurité, rentabilité et qualité.

  • Responsabilités
  • Assurer le suivi budgétaire et la rentabilité des affaires concernant le SAS.
  • Représenter SMAC auprès des clients et valoriser l'image de marque.
  • Établir et/ou valider les propositions commerciales.
  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients.
  • Assurer le suivi et la réalisation des contrats régionaux/nationaux selon la demande de la hiérarchie.
  • Vérifier l'exécution des ouvrages, leur conformité technique et le respect des exigences.

Qualifications

  • Formation supérieure niveau cycle ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire.
  • Expérience professionnelle acquise lors de stages ou d'une première expérience en stage ouvriers (atout).
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe, curiosité, dynamisme et motivation.
  • Conditions de stage

Pour les stages encadrement, la gratification est comprise entre 1 100 € et 1 650 € selon le diplôme.
