About the company: SM92 is one of the fastest growing full-service marketing agencies based in the UK & USA with an in-house team of 20+ marketing professionals, specialising in lead generation in a variety of sectors including care, franchising and private security. We are a young agency with big ambition and targets. As a small agency, you will be working in a fast-paced environment which will pull you into multiple areas of the business which require your support. This means you'll learn new skills and pick up experience a lot faster when compared to joining a larger agency.

About the role:

  • Set up, create, and optimise Meta & Google paid media campaigns on behalf of our clients in line with our company procedures and each platform’s policies.
  • Daily account monitoring, with weekly & monthly reports to Account Managers.
  • Set up tracking infrastructure for website behaviour & actions.
  • Regularly brief the Creative team on campaign collateral, including landing pages, and video and static ad creative.
  • Translate client objectives into measurable advertising strategies & tactics.
  • Be accountable for account performance against client-agreed KPIs.
  • Support the development of the Performance Marketing function by using campaign insights and platform innovations to evolve the company’s approach & proposition.
  • Grow your skillset continuously to meet the needs of an evolving client-base.

About the person:

  • Good understanding of performance marketing and its role in a business.
  • Understand the role of testing & insight-gathering.
  • Understand how paid media tracking works and how to implement it.
  • Ability to independently drive ad account performance & report to stakeholders.
  • Strong copywriting skills to create compelling campaign messaging.
  • Data-driven and proven ability to analyse data and report insights.
  • Platform experience: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Microsoft Ads, HubSpot, Google Search Console, Microsoft 365 (especially Excel), Monday.com, WordPress.
