We’re working with a well-established business within the engineering / manufacturing / construction sector looking to recruit a Sales Executive to support their growing customer base. This role is ideal for someone from a construction or technical background who enjoys working with customers, managing enquiries, and being involved in projects from enquiry through to completion.
The Role: This is a key position within the team where you’ll be responsible for managing incoming enquiries and turning them into successful orders. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to incoming sales enquiries via phone and email
- Preparing and sending accurate quotations to customers
- Following up on quotes to secure orders
- Liaising with internal teams (engineering, production, operations)
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Managing orders through to completion and keeping clients updated
- Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
