The Regional Sales Executive will manage relationships with key healthcare professionals, deliver against sales targets, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive market success. This is a field-based, part-time, permanent role covering the Midlands and Northern territory. Responsibility: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organisational goals. Identify customer needs, and competitor activities to target opportunities for growth. Prepare sales forecasts and budget planning. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators. Ensure all sales activities remain compliant with relevant regulations, including promotional practices, reporting, and documentation. Monitor and analyse sales performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies. Work closely with marketing to align sales campaigns with promotional activities. Engage with the marketing team to provide feedback on market needs and product improvements. Provide feedback from the field to inform product development, marketing strategies, and pricing decisions. Participate in regular team meetings to share best practices, product updates, and market insights. Education, Skill & Knowledge Requirements: A relevant University degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field. ABPI Qualification Full and clean UK driving license Experience: • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years in a senior sales role. • Experience of selling within the disciplines of Dermatology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology would be desirable. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
