About the Company
We are working with a fast-growing UK-based manufacturer and supplier of critical power solutions, supporting organisations across healthcare, commercial, and industrial sectors nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Sales Director, playing a key role in supporting revenue growth, managing customer enquiries, and ensuring the smooth progression of sales opportunities.
The Role
This is a varied, office-based position focused on managing customer enquiries, producing quotations, and supporting the wider sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
- Booking meetings and identifying live projects
- Building relationships with contractors, consultants, and end users
- Responding to inbound customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Preparing and issuing quotations
- Following up on quotes and supporting deal progression
- Managing and updating the CRM with accurate information
- Supporting tender submissions and related documentation
- Liaising with internal teams including procurement and operations
- Coordinating logistics for deliveries and collections
- Scheduling engineers for installations, servicing, and call-outs
- Communicating with customers to confirm site dates and requirements
- Producing sales reports and pipeline updates
- Monitoring active jobs and highlighting any risks or delays
Working Structure
You will work closely with the Sales Director to support:
- Pipeline management
- Quote conversion
- Customer response times
- Sales performance tracking
