The Role
This is a varied, office-based position focused on managing customer enquiries, producing quotations, and supporting the wider sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
- Booking meetings and identifying live projects
- Building relationships with contractors, consultants, and end users
- Responding to inbound customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Preparing and issuing quotations
- Following up on quotes and supporting deal progression
- Managing and updating the CRM with accurate information
- Supporting tender submissions and related documentation
- Liaising with internal teams including procurement and operations
