We are looking for an experienced chef to join our business. Part time hours during summer and full time, up to 7 days a week in winter (September - February).
Company: Cambrian Sporting offers world-class shooting and exceptional hospitality across its seven prestigious game shoots. Each estate is carefully managed to provide the highest standard of driven shooting, ensuring an unforgettable experience for every guest.
Responsibilities: We are looking for a chef to help with hospitality throughout the shooting season, this could consist of managing the production kitchen, shoot catering and evening dinners, curating shoot menus and coming up with new items. There are opportunities throughout the summer in the wider group as the company also has a restaurant, café and other catering businesses.
Required skills & experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen compliance, food safety and hygiene regulations
- Flexibility with work hours, including some weekends and bank holidays especially throughout the winter
- Knowledge of the shooting industry is desirable
