This is a role for a General Manager who thrives on pace, visibility and impact. You will lead from the front, shaping the culture, energy and commercial success of the business. With responsibility for a large, loyal and diverse team, your focus will be on building capability, inspiring performance and creating an environment where people feel empowered to deliver their best. From delivering polished and engaging daytime service to orchestrating high-energy weekend trading, you will bring consistency, confidence and control to every moment. You will be at your best when it matters most, bringing clarity, direction and energy to every shift.
