Originally the historic Talbot Wine Lodge, Slug & Lettuce, Market Square has been transformed into a lavish bar and kitchen split across two floors with a more relaxed dining area downstairs and a livelier ground‑floor bar.
We also offer amazing outside terrace seating and serve a variety of dishes with a range of drinks such as cocktails, beer, wines, and spirits.
The Opportunity
At Slug And Lettuce, we are looking for Front of House Team Members who enjoy working as part of a team. We will provide all the training and support you need to build your skills.
What’s most important is your ability to connect with the team and help create a positive experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Help prepare and serve our delicious food and drinks at Slug And Lettuce.
- Offer friendly recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.
