At Slug & Lettuce on George Street, we’re looking for a General Manager who can take the energy of one of the city’s busiest locations and turn it into an unforgettable guest experience every single day. Set among some of Edinburgh’s top bars and restaurants, this two-bar venue thrives on constant footfall from locals, professionals, students and visitors alike. From daytime brunches and lunches to late-night cocktails and DJ-led weekends, the business moves with the rhythm of the city.

As General Manager, you’ll do far more than run shifts. You’ll shape the direction of the business, lead and develop a high-performing team, and drive commercial performance in a competitive, opportunity-rich market.
