S&L Birmingham is a flagship site, expansive in scale and rich in opportunity. It brings together the energy of daytime dining, after-work drinks, celebratory bookings and high-tempo late-night experiences. About You

This is a role for a General Manager who thrives on pace, visibility and impact. You will lead from the front, shaping the culture, energy and commercial success of the business. With responsibility for a large, loyal and diverse team, your focus will be on building capability, inspiring performance and creating an environment where people feel empowered to deliver their best. You will understand that the strength of the guest experience is driven by the strength of the team behind it.

Success in this role requires a leader who can seamlessly navigate the rhythm of the business. From delivering polished and engaging daytime service to orchestrating high-energy weekend trading, you will bring consistency, confidence and control to every moment. This is a venue that demands agility and resilience, where the pace is relentless and the expectations are high. You will be at your best when it matters most, bringing clarity, direction and energy to every shift.
