Slug And Lettuce Bath is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader to guide and develop the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality dishes for our guests.
You will work closely with the Kitchen Manager and take the lead in their absence, driving stock management and continuous improvement in service standards.
The role requires robust food knowledge, COSHH and food safety compliance, and a proactive, collaborative approach to team development and guest satisfaction.
