Responsibilities as a Kitchen Team Leader

  • Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager
  • Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests
  • Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and supplies management
  • Ensure the kitchen is always clean and hygienic
  • Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance
  • Lead the team to achieve company targets
