We are seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to lead, motivate, and encourage our team to deliver an exceptional guest experience at Slug And Lettuce.

Responsibilities include working alongside the management team to realize our shared vision, maintaining smooth operations and consistency, and fostering a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel comfortable and valued.
