Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member:
- Assisting with food preparation.
- Producing high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
- Ensuring the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
- Overseeing deliveries.
- Offering suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
- Working with the team to achieve company targets.

The Slug & Lettuce Durham is ideally located on Walkergate. During the week, we are a laid-back bar ideal for guests to enjoy quick coffee or a meal. We cater for large parties, including weddings and christenings, and have two outside terraces. Our dedicated team also has the experience and knowledge necessary to offer all of our guests consistently top-notch service.
