Kore Sandwell is looking to recruit a temporary part-time Receptionist for approximately 9 months at Sandwell Aquatics Centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a customer-friendly service, ensuring all fees are collected quickly and efficiently.
  • Record customer bookings accurately.
  • Respond to customer queries immediately.
  • Undertake other duties to support the smooth and efficient running of the leisure centre.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in a reception-based environment, including working with computerised booking systems, handling telephone calls, cash handling and reconciliation.
