Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Compliance with GMP Requirements: The Validation Manager is responsible for ensuring all validation activities related to manufacturing and lab equipment, facilities, utilities, laboratory, and company computer systems comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and build the validation team, enhancing its capabilities to meet the organization's validation needs.
- Validation Activities Management: Author, execute, and report on validation activities. Manage multiple validation projects, coordinating with Heads of Departments, project teams, and other departments to maintain validation status and meet deadlines.
- Collaboration with External Entities: Work closely with external companies and project teams to ensure specialized validation activities are completed in compliance with GMP and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Leadership: Manage a small team of up to 5 individuals, including Validation Technicians, Equipment Coordinators, and Validation Specialists.
