We’re recruiting for an ambitious Business Development Advisor to join a growing training and education organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a target-driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business, building employer relationships and creating opportunities that make a real difference.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Generate new business through telesales, field sales, networking and social media
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Identify and secure new apprenticeship opportunities with employers
  • Attend networking and employer events
  • Meet with employers and conduct training needs analysis
  • Account manage existing employer relationships and maximise opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently achieve sales targets

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven sales success and target achievement
  • Experience generating your own leads and winning new business
  • Confident, outgoing and commercially focused
  • Comfortable with cold calling and employer engagement
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Apprenticeship/FE sector knowledge would be a real advantage
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport

Nottingham | Hybrid | Travel across the East Midlands

£30,920 – £35,888 depending on experience

Full-time | 35 hours per week
