BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE - LONDON 2 DAYS PER WEEK - UP TO £45,000 WITH OTE
Looking for an ambitious and target-driven Business Development Executive to join a growing training provider delivering digital and professional development programmes.
This role combines business development, consultative sales and learner engagement.
You'll be responsible for generating new business, managing inbound and outbound leads, and guiding learners and employers through the enrolment process.
Working across both B2B and B2C markets, you'll build relationships, convert opportunities and help customers find the right training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to enrolment.
- Convert inbound enquiries and proactively generate new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with learners, employers and referral partners.
- Deliver consultative sales conversations and recommend suitable training programmes.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
About You
- Proven experience in a sales, business development or account management role.
- Experience working to KPIs and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive and resilient approach.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritise effectively.
- Experience within education, training or apprenticeships is desirable but not essential.
