We are looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive to join a growing training and apprenticeship organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales and business development. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads and developing relationships with employers to grow the organisation’s apprenticeship provision. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities through telephone-based prospecting and other sales activity. * Generate leads and convert prospects into new employer customers. * Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying repeat business and cross-selling opportunities. * Maintain an accurate pipeline of prospects, opportunities and customer activity. * Meet and exceed agreed call, prospecting and revenue targets. * Research markets and identify potential employers and partnership opportunities. * Develop proposals and presentations to demonstrate the value of apprenticeship services. * Work collaboratively with internal teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction. About You * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * A motivated, resilient and target-driven approach. * Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to build positive relationships. * Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/business systems. * A willingness to learn and develop within a sales environment. * Previous sales or business development experience is desirable, but attitude, resilience and ambition are key.
