What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions to construction and engineering apprentices.
- Inspire and support learners in achieving their full potential.
- Assess apprentices’ work, providing constructive feedback to help them develop.
- Prepare learners for their End Point Assessments, supporting them in achieving the grades they aim for.
- Work closely with employers to tailor training to real-world industry needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Level 3 qualification in Construction or Engineering with some industry experience.
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to engage learners with technology.
- Passion for mentoring and supporting apprentices on their learning journey.
