The role involves planning and delivering high-quality training to apprentices completing their heavy vehicle apprenticeship programmes. The trainer will be an occupational expert with a passion for inspiring and motivating learners at the start of their careers in Heavy Vehicle Repair & Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging training sessions matched to learner needs.
- Motivate and inspire learners through interactive practical and virtual activities.
- Collaborate with curriculum design teams to develop resources and support positive outcomes.
- Assess learner progress fairly, providing constructive feedback and timely support.
- Maintain accurate learner records and ensure swift intervention where needed.

- Strong subject knowledge and passion for the sector.
- Effective communication and IT skills.
- Strong time management and organisational ability.
