We’re recruiting a Delivery Partner Manager for an established organisation within the employment and skills sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operational or supply chain manager to oversee a network of delivery partners, drive performance and ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop delivery partner relationships, ensuring contractual targets and service standards are achieved.
- Monitor performance, address underperformance and implement improvement plans.
- Drive continuous improvement, sharing best practice and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Manage contractual compliance, quality assurance and operational risks.
- Build strong relationships with commissioners, employers and key stakeholders.
- Support operational planning, forecasting and partner development.
About You
- Experience in the employment, employability or skills sector.
- Background in operational or supply chain management.
- Proven experience managing performance, targets and underperformance.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Commercially aware, proactive and solutions-focused.
Experience managing government-funded contracts would be advantageous.
