SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SKILLS COACH/ASSESSOR - £38-45,000 - REMOTE WORKING

Are you an experienced Software Development Apprenticeship coach and have a background in supporting apprentices through their Software Development apprenticeships? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and at least 12 months experience in a Software Development Coach or Assessor role or any other relevant industry experience. Ideally, you will hold a relevant industry qualification.

As a Software Coach, your overall goal will be coaching and development of apprentices through their apprenticeship, tracking their progression through the journey. The role will require you to adapt to different ways of working, establish individual learning needs, and identify best practices. This role will entail predominantly one-to-one coaching with apprentices.
