We’re hiring a Skills Assessor to support learners across professional HR and management qualifications. This hybrid role involves assessing assignments, providing constructive feedback, and coaching learners through their qualification journey while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

We’re looking for someone with experience assessing CIPD programmes (CMI experience is a bonus), strong written communication skills, and a passion for supporting adult learners in education or training environments.
