Innovation Project Manager in Royal Leamington Spa

PROJECTS & INNOVATION MANAGER - LEAMINGTON SPA

We are recruiting for a Projects & Innovation Manager to lead strategic projects within a leading training provider and manage the key relationship with their end client. Focused on improving operational performance, learner experience and business capability.

• Strong Project Management experience, working on large projects from concept to delivery.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects or business improvement initiatives.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience managing change, suppliers, risks and budgets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, results-focused approach with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working.
• Lead the delivery and mobilisation of complex projects from planning through to completion.
• Develop project plans, governance, reporting and delivery roadmaps.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation and organisational change.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders, suppliers, budgets, risks and performance.
• Use data and insight to identify improvements and measure project impact.
• Support the delivery of high-profile programmes, events and business initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver strategic priorities.
• Line manage and develop an Events Coordinator.

PRINCE2, APM, Agile or equivalent qualifications are desirable, as is experience within automotive, retail, learning or customer experience environments.
