Nottingham Based Role

Role Summary:

Deliver an efficient learner recruitment service across all training programmes, ensuring applicants are matched to the right course and employer, while upholding Equality & Diversity principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit learners to meet KPIs and programme requirements
  • Manage employer vacancies and provide regular updates
  • Advertise roles via relevant platforms and networks
  • Screen and match applicants effectively
  • Arrange and support interviews between candidates and employers
  • Provide Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) to ensure correct programme fit
  • Support learners with interview preparation
  • Generate new vacancies through employer engagement and marketing activities
  • Attend careers fairs and recruitment events as needed

Applicants must have:

  • A transferable skill such as recruitment or interviewing.
  • Excellent IT skills (spreadsheets, databases, word processing, email, internet etc.)
  • Grade 4-9 in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience within a training or education environment.
  • A qualification in Information, Advice and Guidance.
  • Knowledge of government funded programmes.
