Recruitment Consultant (City of London)

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – 2 DAYS PER WEEK IN LONDON – £26-36,000 WITH AN OTE OF £8 – £15,000

An exciting new role for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a dynamic team. Working for a leading Training and Recruitment Organisation you will play a critical role in driving client relationships, activity and fee generation via permanent & contract starts. You will demonstrate high levels of pace, passion and persuasion with excellent inter-personal, verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:

• At least 1-2 years working in recruitment, MUST have worked in business development generating new business.
• Ideally working in recruitment in IT & Digital, HR or Professional Services
• Enjoy business development, generating sales and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• To achieve set activity & billing targets while also delivering on agreed objectives
• To generate success from sales calls
• To generate high quality candidates
• Managing client relationships to the highest standard
