We’re looking for a passionate Electrical Tutor to join our clients growing training team and help shape the next generation of engineering talent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with industry experience in electrical or engineering who enjoys sharing their knowledge and supporting learners to succeed.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver engaging training across Level 2 & 3 engineering programmes
- Plan and develop course materials and lesson content
- Assess learner progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Support curriculum development and continuous improvement
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in electrical or engineering (teaching or industry)
- Knowledge of Level 2 & 3 programmes (e.g. NVQ, BTEC or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A learner-focused, motivated approach
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
