Apprenticeship Coordinator – Digital Programmes
Are you passionate about supporting learners through high-quality apprenticeship delivery? Do you enjoy teaching, coaching, and helping learners succeed?
We’re looking for a confident and committed Apprenticeship Coordinator to support apprentices on digital programmes such as Network Engineering and Telecoms. You will guide learners through induction, Functional Skills, technical knowledge delivery, and End Point Assessment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering teaching, learning and assessment for digital apprenticeship standards
- Supporting Functional Skills (English and Maths) up to Level 2
- Conducting progress reviews and planning meaningful learning
- Maintaining accurate learner records
- Providing motivation, mentoring, and guidance throughout the learner journey
- Working with colleagues to ensure learners progress and achieve
What you’ll bring:
- Teaching or assessor qualification (e.g. L4 Assessor Coach, CET, CAVA) or willingness to work towards
- Experience delivering or assessing in digital sectors, ideally Network Engineering
- Strong communication and learner engagement skills
- Confidence in planning, reviewing and tracking progress with digital tools
- Knowledge of ESFA and awarding body requirements (desirable)
