A leading East Midlands-based training provider is looking for a dynamic Learner & Stakeholder Engagement Advisor to play a key role in driving learner recruitment and employer engagement across their employability programmes.
You’ll be on the front line, connecting with job centres, referral partners, and employers to identify learners who are ready to start their journey into employment and training. You’ll screen applicants, provide high-quality Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG), and ensure they’re well-prepared for success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engage with learners and referral partners across the East Midlands
- Promote training programmes via social media, job centres, events and online platforms
- Conduct screening interviews and complete enrolment paperwork
- Support learners ahead of course start dates and employer interviews
- Liaise with employers to identify recruitment needs and arrange SWAPs
- Maintain accurate records, track learner progress, and generate reports
- Help shape processes and drive continuous improvement in learner engagement
