About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Learner & Stakeholder Engagement Advisor to join our Employability team. This role focuses on engaging with potential learners, referral partners, and employers to support individuals into training, education, and employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage learners across the East Midlands through job centres, referral partners, and events.
- Provide high-quality information, advice, and guidance to ensure learners are suitable for programmes.
- Mentor and support learners with employability skills, job searching, CVs, and interview preparation.
- Liaise with employers to identify recruitment needs and provide a SWAP service.
- Manage learner applications, enrolment paperwork, and records on internal systems.
- Contribute to learner recruitment targets through marketing, events, and partnership engagement.
- Produce reports and maintain effective communication with learners, employers, and referral partners.
