Are you an experienced IT Apprenticeship coach with a background in supporting apprentices through their Level 3 ICT apprenticeships? This could be a great opportunity for you!
You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and have at least 12 months experience in an Infrastructure Technician/ICT Skills Coach or Assessor role, or any other relevant industry experience. Any IT Vendor qualifications or Assessing qualifications would be highly desirable.
As an IT Coach, your overall goal will be the coaching and development of apprentices through their apprenticeship, tracking their progression throughout the journey. The role will require you to adapt to different ways of working, establish individual learning needs, and identify best practices. This role will entail predominantly one-to-one coaching with apprentices.
