SLS Recruitment is working with an expanding Training Provider who has an opportunity for a Trainer to lead engaging workshops for learners pursuing Professional Development Qualifications including CIPD, CMI or ILM qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops for learners enrolled in Apprenticeships, Bootcamps, and other commercial programs.
- Engage learners through real-world industry examples and interactive sessions.
- Complete required administrative tasks (e.g., attendance, assessment documentation) within designated timelines.
- Teaching or assessing qualification and CIPD.
Requirements:
- Teaching experience in HR or L&D and have delivered CIPD.
- Dynamic and engaging teaching style.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
