SLS Recruitment is working with an expanding Training Provider who has an opportunity for a Trainer to lead engaging workshops for learners pursuing Professional Development Qualifications including CIPD, CMI or ILM qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate workshops for learners enrolled in Apprenticeships, Bootcamps, and other commercial programs.
  • Engage learners through real-world industry examples and interactive sessions.
  • Complete required administrative tasks (e.g., attendance, assessment documentation) within designated timelines.
  • Teaching or assessing qualification and CIPD.

Requirements:

  • Teaching experience in HR or L&D and have delivered CIPD.
  • Dynamic and engaging teaching style.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional travel for in-person sessions.
