Job Description

Head of Talent & Partnerships

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for talent development, employer engagement, and making a real impact? We're looking for a Head of Recruitment & Partnerships to join a growing highly successful training provider helping deliver recruitment and training solutions across both funded bootcamps and recruitment services. The salary is up to £60,000 and will involve work twice per week in London.

As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll:

  • Grow, coach, and lead Recruitment & Partnerships team
  • Drive performance across recruitment and funded learner outcomes
  • Build long-term employer partnerships through events, webinars, and regional engagement
  • Shape client strategy, aligning with our brand and value proposition
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence
  • Deliver against your own performance targets and contribute to company growth
