💼 What You\’ll Do

✔ Deliver engaging, real-world training in Electrical subjects (primarily Level 2)

✔ Support and mentor learners as they work towards qualifications

✔ Create a collaborative, motivating learning environment

✔ Manage your own training schedule with flexibility and independence

🔍 What We\’re Looking For

✔ A background in Electrical Engineering or as an Electrician (Level 3 qualification or above)

✔ A natural mentor who enjoys coaching and supporting others

✔ Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
