What you'll be doing:
- Leading and developing a team of apprenticeship professionals
- Driving learner achievement, retention and employer satisfaction
- Managing programme performance, quality and compliance
- Building strong relationships with employers and stakeholders
- Using data and insight to drive continuous improvement
- Supporting programme growth, innovation and operational excellence
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience managing apprenticeship programmes and delivery teams
- Strong knowledge of ESFA funding rules and apprenticeship compliance
- Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills
- Experience using learner management systems and performance reporting tools
- A track record of improving quality, achievement and operational performance
- Outstanding leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Internal Quality Assurance (IQA/V1) qualification
